Susie's Chili

2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper

2 (32 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes

2 (32 ounce) cans chili with beans

2 cups hot water

2 teaspoons ground oregano

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon Tabasco

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce


In a heavy saucepan brown beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper together. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 4 hours, adding more water from time to time if necessary.Â
