Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic puree
2 sticks butter
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces Parmesan cheese
2 ounces Fontina cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Brown garlic puree, then add butter and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture thickens. Turn off heat and continue to stir for another minute. Pour sauce over cooked fettuccine noodles and serve.Â
