Watergate Cake

1 package white cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 cup 7-Up
1 package pistachio instant pudding
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, 7-Up, and pudding mix; beat as directed on cake package. Stir in nuts and coconut and pour into two 9-inch greased layer pans or one 9X13 inch. Bake at temperature on cake mix package.

Frosting:
1 package instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 packets whipped topping mix
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

Combine ingredients and beat until spreading consistency. Frost cake and decorate with additional nuts and chopped coconut.
