Lemon Velvet Cake
1 box (17 ounces) lemon cake mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
Topping:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 cup orange juice
Beat mix, pudding powder, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into a greased 9X13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tests done. Prick baked cake with long tined fork. Mix powdered sugar, oil, and orange juice. Pour over top.
