Two Hundred Dollar Cheesecake

Crust:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 shortening
Mix ingredients together.

Add:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder

Mix together and roll out for a 10 inch pie plate (use a glass Pyrex pie plate).

Filling:
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound cream cheese

Mix cheese with remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little nutmeg. Bake exactly one hour at 325 degrees.
