Butter Sticks
1/2 loaf French bread
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon chervil
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut bread in half lengthwise to make 3 wedges (total of 6 wedges). In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Spread butter on cut surfaces of bread wedge. Bake on ungreased 15X10 inch baking sheet near center of 425 degree oven for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.Â
