Lemon Lush

Mix together:
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat together and spread over crust:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 container (8 ounces) cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix 2 small packages instant lemon pudding and 3 cups milk. Beat 2 minutes and spread onto cream cheese layer. Cover lemon layer with remaining cool whip and refrigerate.
