1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries in heavy syrup, thawed
1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries in heavy syrup, thawed
2 large cans (29 ounces each) sliced peaches in heavy syrup, sliced 1/2" slices
1 package (16 ounces) frozen blueberries, thawed
1 package (16 ounces) frozen blackberries, thawed
2 cans Hawaiian Punch frozen concentrate, thawed
4-6 large bananas, sliced 1/2" slices
4 cups 7-Up
1 cup sugar
Defrost strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and Hawaiian Punch. Slice canned peaches and bananas into 1/2 inch pieces. Place Hawaiian Punch, 7-Up, and sugar into a large bowl. Add thawed frozen strawberries and frozen raspberries to the Hawaiian Punch mixture.
Evenly distribute the rest of the fruit (bananas, peaches, blueberries, and blackberries) among 25 - 12 ounce plastic cups. Each cup should have approximately 1/2 fruit. Fill an additional 1/4 of plastic cup with the Hawaiian Punch mixture. Stir fruit with Hawaiian Punch mixture to distribute the fruit. Place a small piece of plastic wrap over the top of each cup. *Small Rubbermaid, Ziploc, or Glad containers (with lids) can be used in place of plastic cups. Fruit cups can remain in your freezer until you are ready to eat one. For best results, defrost fruit cup at room temperature until fruit mixture is slightly slushy. Or these fruit cups can be defrosted in the microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds.
