Grilled Salmon
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pinch of Cayanne Pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Prepare the marinade by mixing butter, lemon juice, Worchestershire Sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, Cayanne Pepper, and olive oil. Place salmon fillets in a sealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the salmon fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for one hour or for several hours. Fillets should be turned over several times while soaking in the marinade.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon fillets on the grill and grill until fillets are done.
