Cheddar Broccoli Tart (Vegetarian)
1x9 inch frozen deep-dish pie crust
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 package Knorr Cream of Leek Soup Mix
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli, thawed and drained well
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the frozen pie crust on a baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, basil, and soup mix. Stir in the broccoli and cheese. Pour mixture into the pie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.Â
