Cheese Dip
8 ounce package of cream cheese
8 ounce container of sour cream
8 ounces of salsa
4 ounces of finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of black olives
1 can of jalapeño peppers (optional)
Combine sour cream and salsa in blender, slowly blend in cream cheese. Blend on medium high until all ingredients are blended together well (about 30 seconds). Pour mixture into a 1.5 quart casserole dish or other decorative dish. Chill mixture for 1-2 hours. Before serving sprinkle on top: finely shredded cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, and jalapeno peppers (optional). Serve with tortilla chips.
