German Chocolate Chip Cake

1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream

Mix together all ingredients in an electric mixer until the batter is smooth. Fold in 1 cup mini-morsel chocolate chips and 3 ounces of a chopped Sweet German Chocolate Bar (about the size of regular chocolate chips). Grease and flour a 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool and frost with the frosting below.

Frosting:
3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Spread frosting on cooled cake, then garnish top of cake with the remaining 1 ounce of Sweet German Chocolate Bar (finely chopped).
