Oil Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups water

Combine and mix all ingredients in an electric mixer. Beat until everything is mixed well. Pour into a greased and floured 9X13 inch pan (batter will be runny). Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until the tester comes out clean. Serve cooled cake with a dollop of Cool Whip on the top of each piece.

*If making the Suzie-Q Cake, 9X13 inch pan should be lined with wax paper prior to batter being poured.
