Potato Salad
6 red potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 medium onion, diced
5 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons French's prepared yellow mustard
1 Tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and cut up red potatoes into smaller pieces. Boil potatoes in a Dutch oven. Do not remove the skins of the potatoes until after the potatoes are boiled. Peel and slice boiled potatoes into bite sized pieces. Combine potatoes, diced eggs, diced onions, sweet pickle relish, and salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, prepared yellow mustard, and sugar. Toss this mayonnaise mixture into the potato mixture. Mix thoroughly and chill before serving.
