Fannie May Fudge

4 cups sugar

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

7 ounces of miniature marshmallows

12 ounces of chocolate stars

12 ounces of chocolate chips

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate*

Optional - chopped nuts, as desired

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and one kind of chocolate at a time, stirring constantly while adding various chocolates. Add optional nuts last. Pour into a 9X13 inch greased pan. Chill 2 hours. *I use the liquid chocolate in the 1 ounce packages (Choco Bake).
